Easter week is over. We ended with Good Friday and the Greatest Sunday Ever! Jesus is alive…but what does
that mean for your life today? We need to remember that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is
something we can experience in our life with Christ. We can both know Christ and this mighty power that
was demonstrated on Easter every day we journey on this earth. But I read some other things that we ought to
know that will influence our lives as long as we journey on this earth…
• Because of the Resurrection, we know that death has been conquered and that we, too, will be raised from the dead to live forever with Christ.
• The Resurrection gives authority to the church’s witness in the world. The apostles’ most important message was the proclamation that Jesus Christ had been raised from the dead!
• The Resurrection helps us find meaning even in great tragedy. No matter what happens to us as we walk with the Lord, the Resurrection gives us hope for the future.
• The Resurrection assures us that Christ is alive and ruling his Kingdom and will return.
So, I hope your Easter experience was good…but you have a lot of Easter you can take with you now into each day as you live in a loving relationship with the Jesus of the Bible.

Philippians 3:10 NLT I want to know Christ and experience the mighty power that raised him from the dead.
